About Us

Giselle is a qualified pharmacist who has worked in both hospital and community, latterly as a Group Pharmacy Manager for Boots in Manchester. She has experienced, first hand, the different cultures and working practices of a wide variety of pharmacy employers whilst working as a locum before setting up Pharmfinders in 2004. She is passionate about pharmacy and has a genuine desire to help pharmacists make the most of their pharmacy careers.

Adam started his career as a recruitment consultant with the Hays Group before qualifying as an accountant. Prior to co-founding Pharmfinders in 2004 he held a number of senior Financial and Commercial positions with a variety of companies latterly as Commercial Director of the North West based Morris construction group. He has many years agency recruitment experience from both a client, consultant and candidate perspective.

Hannah graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Psychology. Driven by a keen desire to help people, she started her career as a Community Link worker for a charity organisation but, realising that this was not fully utilising her many and varied skills, she opted for the challenge of developing Pharmfinders Northern region when the business built on its early success by expanding in 2006.

Jenny graduated from Liverpool University with a degree in History. She started her career with the Morgan Hunt Group initially specialising in Public Sector recruitment but, lured by the appeal of joining a close knit and highly specialised recruitment team, she joined Pharmfinders in 2005. She has been successfully placing Pharmacists in posts with a wide variety of pharmacy employers in the North West, Midlands and Wales for the past 4 years.

Lorna is an industry qualified Senior Consultant who has enjoyed a 15 year recruitment career working for one of the UK’s largest recruitment businesses. A consistent high achiever Lorna has successfully recruited primarily for the South East commercial permanent market. Lorna joined the Pharmfinders team after relocating from London to the North West and now specialises in the recruitment of Pharmacists in our East region which also incorporates London and the South East.

Laura entered recruitment after graduating from the University of Central Lancashire in 2004. She initially specialised in Scientific recruitment with the Yoh Group before moving to Australia where she spent a further 2 years focusing on the recruitment to recruitment market in and around the Sydney area. She joined Pharmfinders on returning to the UK and now specialises in recruiting Pharmacy Support staff (NVQ2/3 and ACTs) for Pharmfinders clients across the UK.
